Britain is wrong to roll out the red carpet for the head of a defiant Nepal army that so gravely imperils the path to democracy !!!!!!!!!!! This is double standard game played by UK government.
Will UK army chief raise the question with him about the case of the 16-year-old Maina Sunwar, who was killed after the torture that began with submersion in water and ended with electric shocks to her wet feet and wrists until they bled. Three hours later, she was dead. Later proved that she was not maoist.
Girija should have stopped him.....!

This trip is not helpful for peace process in Nepal. I dont understand why UK government is not understanding this fact. Helllow Mr Brown.......... what do you say.
Anyone who's ever been to Nepal knows that the Royal Army and Police forces are the real enemy, not the Maoists. I repeatedly heard stories of the Maoists upholding the law in the isolated hill towns and villages. They may be technically vigilanties, but they seem to be the force people are most willing to turn to to resolve disputes.
The Army and Police serve the King, and the King is a tyrant. If it wasn't for the Maoists, democracy would never have begun to return to Nepal for a much longer count of years.
Katuwal is visiting UK and arranged army men from Bhairab Nath Battalion to look after Maoist Ministers.....what a combination...It is a serious case but I have a sympathy with the ministers that they got to know about it very late....They should have investigated earlier as they are said to be the good investigators to find out "Rakta Chandan and corrupted people...
He is akiller, should have been punished a long time.
