As to put more pressure on Government (NC Government?) for CA election, Maoist started their new 'peaceful' protest by boycotting parliament Tuesday. Maoist party had decided to boycott the house for also to protest against the unilateral ways of Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala and his Nepali Congress party, who were taking key decisions without consulting the other partners in the eight-party ruling coalition. Maoists are also protesting against the government's delay in releasing the Maoists arrested during the 10-year insurgency, despite an agreement to do so and the failure to disclose the fates of nearly 1,000 people missing since then, mostly after being arrested by security forces.
The Maoists MPs said they were also condemning the government's failure to bring to justice Gyanendra and the top government and army officials of the former royal regime, who were found guilty of trying to suppress the anti-king protests last year.

People of Nepal see little hope on CA election taking place in November under this NC government, that is why they are supporting this 'peaceful' protest organised by NCP (Maoist).
