The Bihar born India’s ex-foreign secretary, Mr. Shyam Sharan Yadav is arriving Nepal as a special envoy of the government of India. Bihar is India’s notorious state adjoining Nepal border that provides special haven to the criminal elements in India that sneak into the Nepali territory quite often. Most of the Madhesi criminal outfits in Nepal are well supported by the Bihari leaders and criminal outfits there, say security experts in Nepal.
Mr. Saran who was once an ambassador to Nepal, is arriving here at a time when the Seven Party Alliance only last week unanimously postponed the all important CA elections.
Primarily, why he is coming? Who invited him? Whom he is all set to meet during his Kathmandu sojourn? And above all, his special emissary status matches with whom in Nepal? Are the pertinent questions that are boggling Nepali minds.
The Maoists friendly Indian envoy Saran’s visit here is aimed more at recuperating the waning Indian clout in Nepali politics more so, after the CA poll deferral than solving Nepal's ailments on a permanent basis, say analysts.
It is talked here in the academic circle that the Maoists of late have begun looking towards the Chinese for support. A recent Maoists CC meet observed, “our connection with the Indian established damaged our political credentials and thus it would be advisable to keep India at a distance now”.

However, the fact is that India stands now exposed in Nepal. This country is considered to be the number one trouble maker and later it drops in Nepal as a “trouble shooter”.

भारत ले नेपाल लाई हेप्ने प्रब्रितिको अन्त हुनु पर्छ। माओवादी लाई सबै जनता ले सहयोग गरेमा यो सम्भब पनि छ।
The one and only reason we are so behind than many countries is because of India. India likes dark and troubled nepal.
